Store Policies

Road Rage Spray, Inc. is pleased to offer the following Policies:

 

Purchasing and Shipping Time

Your order is shipped to you using the shipping method you chose when purchasing the item(s), as soon as we receive your payment for your order.  If you paid using a credit card, or used Paypal to make your purchase, we will ship your order to you upon our confirmation that the funds are available to us.   If you paid by check or money order, we will ship your order to you once we have cashed your check or money order.  Please allow us at least 24 hours after we receive your payment to ship the product(s) to you.

Return/Exchange Policies and Procedures

At Road Rage Spray, Inc., your satisfaction is our goal.   However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for a refund of the original purchase price, or for an exchange ONLY within 30 days of your original purchase date.  Therefore, it is extremely important that you contact us as soon as you realize that you want either a refund or an exchange. 

 

Road Rage Spray, Inc. does not accept returns or exchange requests without an assigned return number.  In order to obtain an assigned return number, please e-mail our returns department with your intention at returns@roadragespray.com, and a return number will be assigned to you.  Please allow at least 24 hours for us to respond to your request.  

 

When sending your e-mail to us, please provide us with the following information:          

           

1.         Please state your intention.  Specifically, please let us know whether you are returning the merchandise for a refund, or for an exchange.

 

2.                  Please state your name, phone number, e-mail address and mailing address.

 

3.                  Please state your original order confirmation number and the date of your purchase (not the date you received the merchandise).  When you placed your order, you received a confirmation number via the Order Confirmation page and subsequently by e-mail.  That is the number we need.  This number can also be found on the mailing label on the packing slip used to send you the merchandise.

 

4.         Please let us know why you are returning/exchanging the merchandise.  This will help us help you in the future.

 

It is important to keep in mind that once a return number is assigned to you, the merchandise must be returned to us within 7 days.  If the merchandise is not returned to us within 7 days, the return number is considered void and we will not accept the return. 

 

When returning the merchandise to us, please clearly display the assigned return number on both the shipping label on the exterior of the package containing the merchandise, and on a separate sheet of paper inside the package with your contact information (as specified above) so that we can promptly proceed with your request.

 

In order to ensure the safe return of merchandise to us, we strongly recommend that all returns be sent to us via UPS, FedEx, or other carrier who will assign a tracking number to the return package.   If you do not use one of the aforementioned methods, and your return package becomes lost in transit, it will not be traceable and we will not be able to issue a refund or honor an exchange, as we will not have received the merchandise. 

 

In addition, please importantly note that you, the customer, and not Road Rage Spray, Inc. are responsible for all costs associated with returning the merchandise to us.  In other words, we do not reimburse you for the costs associated with shipping the merchandise back to us. 

 

Road Rage Spray, Inc. will not refund or exchange any merchandise unless and until we receive the original merchandise back from you, with an assigned return number.  

 

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise with the return number, a credit will be issued back to the same credit card used to make the purchase. If you paid for your purchase using PayPal, the refund will be applied to your account as a credit, not including the original shipping and handling charges.  The credit should appear on your statement. 

 

Please allow us up to 7 days to issue the refund.  As a courtesy and for your convenience, we will notify you via email once your refund is processed. 

 

Exchanges Only

When exchanging merchandise, please follow the instructions above to return the unwanted merchandise to us and please place a new order for your exchange(s) on this Web Site.  Please note that since a new order confirmation number will be assigned for that order, new shipping and handling charges will also apply.

 

Physically damaged merchandise cannot be returned, unless the damage occurred during shipping to you.  In such case, please notify us immediately by e-mail.

When returning apparel or mugs for either a refund or an exchange, please keep the following in mind:

 

Apparel must be returned to us in its original condition.   In other words, it MUST NOT have been worn, MUST NOT have been washed, MUST NOT be damaged, and MUST have the tags still intact.  Once an item of apparel has been worn, washed, damaged or the tag has been removed, we will not accept your return.  

 

Mugs (including travel mugs) MUST NOT have been used, MUST NOT have been washed, MUST NOT  be damaged, and MUST have the original product sticker, which is located on the bottom of the mug still intact.  Once a mug has been used, washed, damaged or the product sticker is removed or altered in any way, we will not accept your return.  For travel mugs, please return the product in its original packaging.

 

ROAD RAGE SPRAY IS NOT RETURNABLE!!!  If this item is returned, a refund will not be processed.

 

As a courtesy to our customers, we DO NOT charge a restocking fee upon return of the merchandise, either for refund or for exchange. 

 

Refunds can only be given to the individual who purchased the item. Accordingly, if you received something as a gift, we can not provide you with a refund.  The only person who is eligible to receive a refund is the person who placed the original order with us, and can provide us with the order confirmation number.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  However, if you would like to exchange the merchandise you received as a gift for other merchandise and you do not have an order confirmation number, please send an e-mail to returns@roadragespray.com.  When sending your e-mail, please at least, provide us with the following information:

-The original purchaser's first and last name,

-the original purchaser's e-mail address,

-the original purchaser's complete street address, including the city, state and zip code,

-the original purchaser's phone number.

 

IF WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN WITHOUT A RETURN NUMBER, WE CANNOT HONOR YOUR REQUEST AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE THE MERCHANDISE BEING RETURNED.


Late Returns

We do not accept returns after 30 days of the original purchase date, unless you have an assigned return code.  Once you have an assigned return code, you must return the merchandise to us within 7 days.  Please see the Return Policy and Procedures section for more information.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order (preferably within 24 hours), so as to ensure that the order has not already been shipped out.  If the order has already been shipped out, please follow the steps as described in the return policy and procedures section.  Please importantly note, however, that we cannot reimburse you for shipping and handling charges.
